Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about coordinating Delves with Snowdiablo.
What is Snowdiablo?+
Snowdiablo is me — a streamer, hobby dev and long-time WoW player. I run this site on the side to coordinate Midnight Delve runs for people who'd rather play with a calm, geared group than pug it. You can find me streaming on Twitch and Kick. All runs are self-play and compliant with Blizzard's Terms of Service.
How does self-play work?+
You control your character at all times. We provide experienced group members who join your group and help clear the content. You receive all in-game rewards directly. There is no account sharing — your Battle.net credentials stay with you.
How are payments handled?+
Payments are made in WoW gold (the in-game currency), exchanged in-game just like any other trade. We accept WoW Tokens too. No real-money transactions go through the website — it's purely a coordination platform.
Why do you verify reviews via BattleTag?+
Every reviewer logs in via the official Blizzard OAuth API, which gives us their verified BattleTag. This means every review on Snowdiablo comes from a real WoW account — no bots, no fake reviews, no farms. It's the highest possible trust signal for a coordination service.
Will I get banned for using Snowdiablo?+
No. Self-play group coordination is allowed by Blizzard. We never log into your account, never run automation, and never engage in real-money trading. You're simply playing your own character in a group with skilled players.
How do I place an order?+
Click 'Order on Discord' on the services page. If you're logged in via Battle.net, your BattleTag is automatically copied to your clipboard so you can paste it in our Discord ticket. We coordinate the run time and group composition from there.
What if I'm not happy with the service?+
Talk to us first on Discord — we'll work it out. We can adjust the run, redo it, or refund the gold. After your service, you can leave a verified review on your dashboard. Your feedback shapes our community.
What scopes does the Battle.net login request?+
Only 'openid' (to identify you via your BattleTag) and 'wow.profile' (to display your characters on your dashboard). We never see your email, payment info, password, or have any ability to act on your account.
